The LCBO manages and sends to tender a variety of projects that are under a $250K contract price. For example: store renovations, store rollouts (e.g., cash desks & security gates), and store maintenance projects.
The LCBO also manages a variety of construction projects that may be related to our retail store system but that are not building an actual store. For example – store shelving, lighting, millwork, refrigeration, or fixtures for the interior of a store.
Non-store construction projects can also include office renovations, warehouse/depot renovations, maintenance and repairs, office renovations, lighting, fixtures, flooring, etc.
Construction projects under $250,000 are bid competitively through our tendering process.
