We are very pleased to announce that we will start accepting proposals for events and experiential activations for FY 23/24. The experiential marketing landscape continues to be one that is a blended event environment with a very engaged consumer base. This allows us to continue to create brand awareness, increase loyalty and convert leads into sales.
First phase will be applications for P1 to P6 (April 2023 – August 2023), that is due October 11, 2022. A subsequent letter will be issued in advance of P7 to P13 events application deadline.
Given current COVID-19 landscape, these events must still continue to adhere to all health and safety protocols that apply to licensee venues at the time of the event, including but not limited to: capacity limits, health screening requirements, vaccination policies, PPE requirements, contact tracing, etc. and as determined as of the date of the event.
If you have an event proposal for P1 to P6 FY 23/24 timeframe, please complete the attached Event Application form.
Successful proposals will include:
- Brands that are of interest to premium-wine consumers, vintages that are exceptional/highly rated, sought-after deluxe spirits, products that are rare and/or exclusive, large bottles or unique size formats.
