Recently, I shared with you that the LCBO created a Chief Marketing & Digital Officer to act as a key architect of the LCBO’s evolving brand and digital strategy and how they influence the customer experience.
I am now pleased to announce that Vanda Provato is joining my Core Leadership team in this role.
Since joining the LCBO in 2019, Vanda has contributed greatly to how we deliver best-in-class experiences to our customers, through a focus on marketing strategy, leveraging customer insights, and enabling our digital channels to support our operations and modernization. Our redefined brand promise and roll-out, loyalty program approach, integrated promotional planning, and Food & Drink refresh stand out as highlights under her leadership. With her drive for excellence, strategic mind, and collaborative approach, I look forward to the impact Vanda will continue to have on our initiatives and for the teams she leads.
Marketing & Digital will be made up of our E-commerce, Marketing & Customer Intelligence, and Customer Experience teams, as they continue to collaborate across the business to further our commitment to the customer experience, in-store and by building our e-Commerce channel and delivery options.
I know many of you have crossed paths with Vanda in her capacity as LCBO’s VP of Marketing & Customer Intelligence, as she works to create meaningful opportunities for you, our valued trade partners and suppliers, and most recently at Trade Day, where she presented our brand and customer loyalty program work. I know that she is looking forward to continued collaboration on the exciting opportunities on the horizon and hope you will join me in congratulating her on this well-earned promotion.
