To Specialty Services Agents, The holiday season is upon us, and even though the holidays may be a little different this year, we know it’s a busy time for everyone. Before the new year, we would like to provide everyone with an update regarding the transition of our Specialty Services distribution to the Trillium facility.
We plan to transition Specialty Services inventory starting in mid-January, after the holiday rush. Transitions for agents will continue through March. Your CSR will notify you approximately one week in advance of moving your inventory to the Trillium facility.
We will be providing you with resources and support materials after the holidays to help prepare you for the transition. This will include instructions on using the appointment booking system and how to collect your orders.
We will share these materials via email in January and again directly to each agent approximately one week in advance of the transition. Rather than presenting these in a webinar, we are preparing these resources in a way that will help us get comfortable with the new process and facility. We hope these materials provide an easy reference to support your first few visits.
