As the LCBO continues to adjust to the new beverage alcohol marketplace, we are implementing necessary changes to align with industry best practices and to support new competition law considerations. As part of this adjustment, at this time wholesale catalogues with pricing are only available to wholesale customers and are no longer posted on DoingBusinesswithLCBO.com for supplier and/or supplying source access.
We recognize that a limited number of suppliers may still receive specific wholesale catalogues with pricing information, if they have a dual role as a supplier and operator of a private retail store. LCBO has updated our customer and supplier-facing terms and conditions to prohibit buy-side personnel from sharing competitively and/or commercially sensitive information (including pricing information) with supply-side partners. If you become aware of any situation where information may be shared inappropriately, please let us know so we can review and take appropriate action.
This change in catalogue availability is intended to help maintain a fair and level playing field for all participants in Ontario’s beverage alcohol market, and we appreciate your understanding as we implement changes needed to support updated business processes.
