Wholesale Supply and Deliver Procedures Manual

The LCBO Wholesale Supply and Delivery Procedures Manual sets out requirements for suppliers and agents who wish to list and distribute their products to LCBO wholesale customers. It is designed to provide the information you need to understand your obligations and explain how the marketplace operates in Ontario with LCBO, wholesale customers, suppliers and agents all having an important role to play.

In addition, those who are eligible and approved for LCBO’s Supplying Source Program and have entered into a Service Level Agreement with the LCBO, must comply with the applicable requirements in this manual, pursuant to the Service Level Agreement. The LCBO has prepared this manual to help you understand who to contact to help serve your needs and what to expect in terms of getting eligible products registered for sale to LCBO wholesale customers, wholesale pricing and fulfillment and delivery of orders to wholesale customers.
