Complete the online form to initiate the process. If approved, review and sign the LCBO authorization and send a copy to lcbo-policy@lcbo.com. Please note that applications may take up to three weeks to process.
HOW TO WORK WITH LCBO
Once you have received a fully executed copy of your LCBO authorization, there are a few additional steps that need to be completed.

Visit the 'Know Your Obligations - Financial Reporting & Payment Remittance' page and download the applicable Direct- to-Consumer Reporting Template.
Authorized producers will be promoted on lcbo.com for consumer awareness. It is the authorized producer’s responsibility to manage orders, payment and delivery with the consumer.
