Pre-Submission Accepted to Proceed
For Ontario Beer, the retail price is used for the cost per case.
For outside Ontario and Imported Beers, cost per case is used for the Purchase Order (PO).

New Supplier Number
Please ensure you have submitted a Vendor Profile Form (2297).
Once approved, please provide your supplier with their vendor number and ensure they request access to WebPO via TPAR - LCBO - SAM (lcboaccess.com)
Final Lab Submission: Ontario Beers Direct Delivery Program
A final retail ready lab sample should be submitted to category 3-4 weeks prior to the intended distribution date.
What is a final lab sample?
It is a retail ready product sample identical to what the vendor will ship to LCBO retail for consumer purchase. This sample must be representative of the product that will be delivered and sold through retail stores.
A sample that is retail ready MUST include the following:
- A fully compliant label
- The same liquid that will be sold to consumers
- Lot code
- Retail ready packaging (proper canning procedure followed). Blank non-descript cans/silver bullets are not acceptable as final lab samples
The LCBO/Category will not accept test results from other lab facilities for listing purposes.

Products are required to be CFIA, AGCO compliant. Required for new listings, re-branded products and TBS listings.
