We are excited to share that in early 2022, we will be launching the first phase of our ecommerce transformation with a new and improved LCBO.com, marking a major milestone in our journey to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
The new website will offer significant enhancements that include:
· improved search and browsing capability
· increased product availability accuracy
· better cart and check-out experience
· a unified web and mobile experience
The website will also provide LCBO with operational efficiencies; more fulsome and accurate data; and strengthened fraud management.
The LCBO.com launch is only phase 1 of an ambitious, multi-year ecommerce project. Future phases will focus on Vintages and our various B2B channels.
LCBO.com is a rapidly growing channel, and our significant investment in our ecommerce operations will provide our industry partners with even more opportunities to showcase and present products and drive awareness, and more access to metrics and insights to better inform business decisions.
