mobile app remain unavailable. The in-store experience and Vintages Shop Online remain unaffected.

We acknowledge once again that LCBO.com and our mobile app are important to our trade partners and thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to get our site back online safely for all users.  

Tuesday, January 10: As you may have seen, the LCBO has released a statement sharing that we are responding to a cybersecurity incident affecting LCBO.com. While a full investigation is underway, LCBO.com and our mobile app are unavailable. The in-store experience and Vintages Shop Online remain unaffected.

We understand that this is an important channel for you to reach Ontarians and are working diligently to get our website and mobile app back online safely for all users.

Our Merchandising and Marketing teams will follow up as needed regarding any promotional considerations.
