We are pleased to share that on May 5 Pat Waller will be joining LCBO as Vice President, Digital Channels reporting to Vanda Provato, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer.
Pat will be responsible for strategy and management of all digital platforms, including the website and mobile app, to create engaging B2B and B2C experiences— critical to delivering on LCBO’s strategic priorities, including the many initiatives underway as part of Future State Modernization.
Pat brings with him to LCBO more than 15 years of experience in global marketing, eCommerce, and digital transformation and is known for building high-performing teams, unlocking growth through data-driven decision-making, and creating seamless omnichannel experiences. He has led digital teams across Europe, Asia, and North America, helping scale $1B+ businesses including OtterBox, UPS, and most recently at SkipTheDishes, where he redefined loyalty strategies and improved performance through analytics, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
