In response to the evolving needs of our customers and to ensure that we provide the most up-to-date information on product availability, starting in May, the Vintages – Classics Collections will be available to view exclusively online; the catalogue will no longer be printed.
As you know, the LCBO operates in a fast-changing environment where we must adapt to supply chain fluctuations.
We find that the printed catalogue is often outdated by the time it is distributed. Further, very few customers pick up these hard copies in stores.
The online Classics catalogue and all the information about a product (e.g. tasting notes) continues to be available on LCBO.com.
We’re confident that, with the upcoming launch of our new and improved LCBO.com, customers will find the online experience to be superior to the printed edition.
This change has been communicated to customers in the January/February and March/ April issues. Postcards to print subscribers to visit us online will be issued following the last printed copy in addition to awareness via Vintages Latest email.
