As per the communication on February 28, 2023, effective April 1, 2023, the LCBO is launching the first phase of the Vendor Performance Program. In this phase, we will measure compliance to Order Confirmation: Vendors must confirm receipt of a PO through the LCBO Web PO System within two (2) Business Days of LCBO’s issuance of the PO. Failure to meet this requirement will incur a $50 charge for each non-compliant PO.
