Thank you to those who registered and attended the October 6 Quarterly Trade Update. These calls are an important way for alcohol suppliers and their agents to stay up-to-date on LCBO policy and program updates.

A few reminders
• It is important to complete the three PO actions in LCBO Gateway for every order: 1. Acknowledge 2. Confirm, and 3. Submit ASN. Consistent completion of these three steps avoids any disruption to payments / deliveries.
• Our revised Future State Modernization (FSM) roadmap is available here. Additional information will be added as it becomes available. As discussed on the Quarterly Trade Update, alcohol suppliers and agents will experience no changes related to future FSM releases until Spring 2027. We will provide all of the information and support you need in the coming months.

• Domestic and import suppliers can apply to list their products in any of the LCBO wholesale catalogues, including grocery, convenience, LCO, duty free and hospitality. Learn more.
