As previously communicated, starting April 1, LCBO Gateway will replace Oracle iSupplier, WebPO, Direct Delivery Vendor Portal and Grocery Management System (for supplying sources). LCBO Gateway will be the only place to action purchase orders, and view payments and invoices. In preparation for the launch, we need to understand who needs access and what type of access is required.

Yesterday an email was shared with users of existing systems who have been active in the last 12 months. They were asked to complete and send the attached LCBO Gateway Access Request Form to LCBOGateway@lcbo.com no later than March 13, 2026.

If you were not contacted, but believe you require access, speak to your vendor/alcohol supplier (if relevant), and complete the form below by the required deadline.

LCBO Gateway Access Request Form

Note: While existing users will be encouraged to complete multifactor authentication (i.e. Additional security steps) in advance of April 1, any new users or changes (requested via the form) will start the onboarding process on or after April 1, so please allow appropriate time for this to occur.

Important Notes

All users: The Access Request Form must be completed for all users requiring access to LCBO Gateway, regardless of whether they currently have access to any existing systems. Where applicable, please consult with your agents to ensure requests are complete and accurate.

Shared Accounts: LCBO Gateway access requires multi-factor authentication (e.g., email verification). To support this, each email address must be assigned to one individual only.

Agent access: Vendors are responsible for determining whether agents require access and the appropriate level of access: Read (view-only) or Write (process and modify)

Please note:

• Access is granted at the vendor-number level, not by product, and as such, agents may be able to view more than just the product(s) they represent.

• Agents will be able to view all Purchase Order types associated with the vendor.

• Agents who require both Read and Write access for different vendors must use two separate email addresses.

Restricted countries: In alignment with LCBO's cybersecurity policies, access to LCBO systems is restricted for contacts located in select countries. In such cases, an authorized agent located in an eligible country must be provided. LCBO will contact those subject to these restrictions.

For clarification: LCBO Gateway does not impact suppliers who participate in the Direct Delivery Program; it does impact suppliers who deliver directly to LCBO stores facilitated by the Direct Delivery Vendor Portal.

We appreciate your partnership in ensuring the right individuals have the appropriate level of access to vendor data.  If you have any questions, please review the FAQ document.
