It’s now been just over a week since our new streamlined portal, LCBO Gateway, went live. Many suppliers are already active in the system, actioning purchase orders (if applicable), and viewing payments and invoices.

We know many of you are eagerly awaiting access as a new user (i.e. you were not an existing user of our previous systems). We’d like to share a quick update on what to expect next as a new user:

• On April 1, access was granted to active users of previous systems (iSupplier, WebPO, DDVP and GMS), as well as new users that submitted an Access Request Form by the March 13 deadline.

• If you are part of the above group, but have still not received an invitation (or have received it, but were unsuccessful in setting up your multi-factor authentication), please email LCBOGateway@lcbo.com.

o   If you have not received the invitation, please ensure you have checked your junk/spam folder before requesting assistance from the LCBO Gateway Support Team. The invitation was sent from noreplyLCBOgateway@lcbo.com.

o   If you received the invite but were unsuccessful in setting up your multi-factor authentication (MFA), please ensure you have referred to the MFA setup guide before requesting assistance from the LCBO Gateway Support Team.

• New users that submitted an access request form AFTER the March 13 deadline are being granted access on a continuous basis. The team is dealing with a very high volume of new user requests, and they are being actioned as quickly as possible.

o   You can get a head start now by downloading the Microsoft Authenticator application to your mobile device (if you do not already have it installed). MFA enhances data security and seeks to verify each user’s identity when signing into the platform.  Step-by-step instructions on LCBO’s MFA setup process can be found on the LCBO Gateway page on Doing Business with LCBO.

We thank you for your patience as we complete these system registrations. In the meantime, please refer to the FAQs on the LCBO Gateway page if you have any questions.

For those who currently have access to LCBO Gateway, we remind you that key system-related updates are being posted in the Updates & Alerts app on the site.

New optional drop-in sessions added

Our drop-in sessions are a valuable way to support vendors’ transition to LCBO Gateway (including access/MFA-related issues), and we’re pleased to offer an additional two sessions in the coming weeks. Register here (200 limit per session), and an email invitation will be sent within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
