The LCBO committed to remain agile and revise our COVID-19 protocols based on the evolving situation. In response to the sixth wave of COVID-19, we are reinstating mandatory mask use at Retail Service Centres and our corporate offices (including 100 Queens Quay) starting Friday, April 15.
Although we are not mandating mask use in LCBO retail stores, they remain a recommended form of protection to keep our employees, customers, and partners safe.
Trade partners are reminded to wear a mask when visiting LCBO corporate offices and are encouraged to wear one when visiting LCBO retail stores to help protect the health and safety of our employees.
We also remind Trade partners to avoid visiting LCBO workplaces if unwell and to follow public health guidance if you experience COVID-19 symptoms.
As we’ve committed to do throughout the pandemic, we’ll remain agile and evolve our plan as needed in response to the changing environment, and we will communicate any changes and dates as they are determined.
